One of the primary drivers of property value in Bayshore Beautiful is its "triple-A" school zoning. Residents are typically zoned for Roosevelt Elementary, Coleman Middle, and Plant High School. Plant High is consistently ranked among the best in the nation, which creates a permanent "floor" for home values. Even in market downturns, homes in the Plant district tend to retain their value better than almost any other area in Florida.
